Research

My research involves using stochastic models to investigate processes in the adaptive immune system. I am specifically interested in the process of T cell receptors binding to pMHC complexes on the surface of Antigen Presenting Cells. My supervisors are Carmen Molina-Paris, Grant Lythe and Peter Olmsted.
