Research

I work in model theory. Among other things I am interested in pairs of structures, rosiness, NIP and topological structures. I have also done some work in category theory.

Papers

Expansions which introduce no new open sets (with Philipp Hieronymi, submitted)

NIP for some pair-like theories (submitted, updated 9 April 2010)

Superrosiness and imaginaries in lovely pairs of geometric structures (in preparation)

Lovely pairs and dense pairs of real closed fields (PhD thesis, University of Leeds)

Connected and disconnected maps (with David Holgate, to appear in Applied Categorical Structures)

Generalising the concordant-dissonant factorisation (MSc dissertation, University of Cape Town)

Teaching

I taught MATH1331 - Linear Algebra with Applications - in the first semester of 2009-2010 at Leeds.
