Postgraduate students who are teaching tutorials, workshops, etc. should be able to login to Web for Faculty using their PERSONNEL NUMBER. You will find this number on your pay slip. You will need to add a 6 to the front of this number. If it is the first time you are logging in this way you would need to use the last 6 digits of your staff ID as the password. Most likely you will then be prompted with the message: “Your PIN has expired”. Enter the old password (i.e. last 6 digits of your personnel number), then choose a new password as your PIN.

You should then be able to access class lists for the activities you have been allocated to, as well as your teaching timetable as described above.

	Staff Timetables Staff can find their teaching timetables via Faculty Services (Web for Faculty) - go to FACULTY SERVICES, then VIEW TIMETABLE.	Module Timetables Timetables of all teaching activities timetabled for a module can be found via the Module Catalogue or the central timetabling website. Hint: If you choose LIST as the report type, you will see each activity by day including the allocated staff member.
	Class Lists Lecturers can access module class lists to view and download (photos optional) via Faculty Services - go to FACULTY SERVICES, then STUDENT MENU, then MODULE - A LIST OF STUDENTS ATTENDING TEACHING. Module class lists are also available via the Grade Centre on the VLE. Please be aware that the list contains all students which have been enrolled on the module, even if they change their module choices. Class lists for tutorials, workshops can be accessed via Faculty Services - go to FACULTY SERVICES, then STUDENT MENU, then STUDENT LIST BY ACTIVITY/SESSION. Please note that you can only see the class lists for the activities you have been allocated to. For lists of all tutorials/workshops for a module, lecturers should contact their tutors or ask Heather or Louise to produce the lists.
