Workshop on Harmonic Maps
and Curvature Properties of Submanifolds, 2

The above conference will take place in the School of Mathematics, University of Leeds. The following people have confirmed their participation as main speakers:

Accommodation will be available in a University Hall of Residence at a cost of approximately 25 pounds per night for single standard rooms including breakfast. There will be a registration fee of 25 pounds to cover teas and coffees and the conference dinner. We have money to support research students based at UK universities. This workshop is a satellite conference of the

British Mathematical Colloquium

which will be held at Leeds from April 17 to April 20, 2000, and will include a special session on Harmonic Maps and Minimal Surfaces , and a session on Integrable Systems. Participants of the Workshop may be interested in several other events taking place before and during the BMC including a workshop on Mathematical Methods of Regular Dynamics.
