Recent progress in nonlinear dynamics has resulted in significant understanding of the origin and the properties of order and chaos in natural and social processes. In many problems, however, one meets the dynamics which cannot be classified as pure order or pure chaos, but shares properties of both, and of noise. Such a behavior still lacks comprehensive description, although it is rather important from the practical point of view. The aim of the Seminar is to contribute to the understanding of these phenomena between order, chaos, and noise by combining efforts of physicists, mathematicians, and applied scientists.
