Foundation of electronics (nano-, micro-, opto-, quantum electronics, classical and quantum optics ) . Information processing (neural networks, artificial intelligence, biological systems) . Social systems (simulation of evolution and self-organization processes) . Philosophy of chaos Program will consist of reviewed reports and original talks for which contributions are invited. Deadline for applications: April 15, 2005. Participation is limited. The application form can be filled through Internet address: http://npcs.j- npcs.org/2005/ Registration fee is $ 290 and covers all expenses in Belarus (local transport, accommodation, board, banquet, sightseeing tour) and can be paid at the place of registration. Contributed papers will be published in the international journal Nonlinear phenomena in complex systems and the Proceedings should be written in TeX (LaTeX, \documentclass[12pt,a4paper]{article}) and printed on A4 paper. The length of the papers up to 8 pages. Manuscripts (1 copy) should be presented at registration (together with electronic version). Visas. Each participant will get an official letter for visa. Transport. Recommended arrival is by airplane to Minsk or by train to Minsk.
