The Fourth International Conference on Dynamical Systems and Differential Equations

The Fourth International Conference on `Dynamical Systems and Differential Equations' was held on the campus of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, Wilmington, NC, USA, May 24--27, 2002. .The conference attracted over 430 mathematicians and scientists, a record number. The meeting provided a living proof that such events fulfil a essential need in this community. This Conference Series is organised by the American Institute of Mathematical Sciences. The fifth such meeting will be held at Los Angeles in the summer of 2004.

The conference proceedings will be published in early 2003 as an expanded edition of DCDS, in the form of two hard-covered books of around 500 pages each.
