4th Experimental Chaos Conference
August 1997 Marriott Hotel, Boca Raton, Florida, USA
Preliminary announcement:
The 4th Experimental Chaos Conference will take place in August. 1997.
More information will be
given as details are worked out.
The 3rd Experimental Chaos Conference was held on 21-23 Aug. 1995, in
Edinburgh, Scotland at Heriot-Watt University.
All oral presentations at Experimental Chaos Conferences are required to be
about actual experiments or, at the very least, predominately about real
experimental data. All talks are thereby guaranteed to be about real, nonlinear
and/or chaotic systems.
Past topical areas:
- Spatio-Temporal Chaos and Patterns
- Hydrodynamics
- Optics
- Applications of Chaotic Systems (control, synchronization, etc.)
- Chemical Chaos
- General
- Biology
- Meteorology/Oceanography
- Electronics and Circuits
- Condensed Matter Systems
- Time-Series Analysis
- Astrophysics
