Index of UK Nonlinear News 1-9

This index is organised as if it were itself an issue of UK Nonlinear News, eg. the index of articles appears first, followed by an index of news items, a listing of recent PhD theses, etc.

Time-sensitive information, such as job vacancies, appointments and conference announcements, have been excluded from the index. News items have only been included when they have been considered to be of lasting interest.

The title of material in the index may differ from the title used in the source issue, where appropriate titles have been changed to better indicate the nature of the item. Similarly the section in which sourced material is classified may differ from the section used in the original issue.

Suggestions for improving the usability of this index are welcomed!
